Charles Schwab Onboarding New Hire
The process of welcoming a new hire into our organization is critical because it affects employee morale, performance, and the company brand. We have one chance to do this right and it is important to give the employee a smooth, welcoming, and productive experience. We tackle this problem using the design thinking approach; empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. This new onboarding process was a success and it is now adopted by our organization.
