Target Audience
During the discovery phase, we worked to deeply understand our target users, their needs, behaviors, and goals, by identifying clear patterns through focused research. We defined three core user segments, each with distinct challenges and expectations, and mapped their workflows to uncover key friction points. This ensured the AI Companion was intentionally designed to solve meaningful, high impact problems while giving us a strong user centered foundation to guide product decisions and feature prioritization.
